Nothing Phone 2 vs OnePlus 12R

Hello fellow dimers,
Planning to purchase a new phone to replace 5+ years old OnePlus 7.
Not into Gaming just looking for a phone to work smoothly with lots of apps (basically good performance), has good camera and good customer support.
I don't like UI of RealMe, MI, Samsung so think of above two options.
Do you have any experience with these phones or can you suggest other options? Your insights would be greatly appreciated.

I hope you are aware that now ColorOS from Oppo is what being used as Realme OS for realme/narzo and Oxygen OS for OP/Nord phones so UI is the same among these brands
