hello guys anyone bought tv on flipkart using dead tv exchange.can anyone tell me what checks will they do and will they ask for tv remote also?please explain the process
Update:Exchange process went well.They haven’t done any major checks as i placed non working tv and the mandatory thing is remote better to get remote of any brand but brand name should not be there in the remote.
Pro tip:Buy non working Tv from local tv repair shops

If the exchange option is selected as dead, They will not ask anything.
Usually a remote is not required, If they insist you can give any random remote(Don't let them know).
It depends on location as well.

yes tv remote they will ask, they will check for physical damage also. I got a tv exchanged for sony tv last month.
