NOT RETURNING MY MONEY

Hi all, I R.Balaji from chennai, Past 10 years i keep ordering products from them. When ever certain item needed to be returned from my side because of size or other issues, & i tell them to Refund my money in Myntra account. The reason is because to get back my money to my bank account takes 10 working days. Since March 2020 I’m not able to get my orders which I have placed in myntra. I waited since 5 months their not able to deliver..so I cancelled it and wanted my entire money to be transferred to my bank account which is held in the Myntra Account, I requested them so many time by Email. FB & by calls..NO HELP AT ALL.. FORCING ME TO SHOP WHEN EVER ITS BECOME SERVICEABLE AREA IN CHENNAI. IN THIS SITUATION WERE IS MOOD OF SHOPPING.. PLAYING WITH MY MONEY & CHEATING ME FOR NOT REFUNDING MY MONEY.. SOME SIZE AND ITEM ARE NOT AVAILABLE WHICH I WANTED FOR LONG TIME..VERY BAD OF THEM TO DO SO. NEVER SHOP IN MYNTRA, CUSTOMER SATISFACTORY IS ZERO.
