not refunding my money for cancelled order.

not a good experience I had ordered grocery on 24th July and during payment money was deducted from my bank account and it took some time to reflect in my app. After sometime when I checked in-app it was showing payment successful and mode of payment is online. In spite of this, the delivery boy denied the delivery and he was forcing me to pay the cash, I have shared my transaction details with them on the given mail id but the mail bounced back. Since then I am trying to reach them but no luck so far. In-app it is showing I am not eligible for a refund as it was COD order. I tried calling on their customer care number also and the lady was so rude and she denied right away instead of talking and listening to the issue. I will never recommend Groofers to anyone they are cheaters.
