Solved - Not getting OTP sms from SBI

For 4 days now, I’m not getting OTP on sms from SBI account and now I can’t check my account statement either. What’s happening? Did someone did something to my account?
I can’t go outside as I’m not well and even the bank branch remain closed more than twice per month saying someone got covid19… So going out there to talk about is 50-50.
I’m worried since a lot of times, bank employees are the ones stealing money and never get caught.
Recently, indusind branch in maligaon had customers’ accounts got emptied by employee.
Any helpline no?

May be issue With your Mobile Recharge.Nowadays most of the Telecommunications services has change their Policies.Try to Send and Receive message .
No, my no is getting OTP from another bank and other services, except from sbi

Also all 3 methods stated by others are correct.
There is nothing problem from their end. I am getting OTP & other alerts on both mobile & emails. Check your account might have been on hold for KYC reasons. Call SBI customers about this problem first.
