Not Getting Amazon Pay SMS Alerts for Wallet Transactions – Anyone Facing This Issue?

I’ve recently noticed that I'm not receiving SMS notifications for my Amazon Pay wallet transactions.

Is anyone else facing this issue? If you've managed to solve it, I'd really appreciate any tips or suggestions on how to fix this.

I think they only send email alerts.

Have not used Amazon for a while.
And even then, usually i keep the account as an e-mail only account.

But just around Deepawali, when I had to come out of from under the rock, in my cave.. and intermingle with Homo sapiens..
they were routinely getting intimation of pay balance deductions.. as SMS messages too.

Although they might toss you amongst themselves or direct you to check with the telecom operator,
if not already done so, can bounce this to the frontline agents 180012001571 of the Amaxon Pay skill and to the frontline agents of the (account security/ login and settings) account management team https://amazon.in/passwordreset

all the while.. aiming to create multiple 'contacts' in their CIM (customer issue manager) or other portal.

Thereby making it (the issue) a reasonable case for a "trouble ticket" (TT) to be raised.. on THE main portal https://tt.amazon.com

Since even though the agents 'pose' as Amazon customer service department, but are actually just the temporary hire of some BPO or of Amazon Development Centre,
often they themselves are unaware of all the internal access and the rights that they have.
Thus, it might finally need to be raise to [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected], [email protected]

while sticking to the stand.. that..
my telecom service provider has thrice closed the complaint after through investigation.
My telecom company maintains that there is no glitch, fault.
Thus you (Amazon) needs to tevheck the vendor you are using for bulk messaging and the reasons for the messages never delivering to my idea/airtel/ bsnl/ maro number.
