I have got a gold membership from my registered mobile number but the phone no longer exists and I want to transfer the membership to a new number. Talking to your customer care didn’t help. They said that such procedure doesn’t exist. How is that even possible? I am a member, I paid for the membership not the phone number. I asked them to generate a coupon code where I can avail benefits of the membership. Have been on call since this evening but there are no solutions except apologies which aren’t going to help me.If you do not have such SOPs, you will have to refund my money as soon as possible so I can purchase my membership with the amount you transferred.
