Not able to use ICICI Apay fastag balance using HP pay for fuel payment

Not able to use ICICI Apay fastag balance using HP pay for fuel payment
- Fastag is linked to HP pay still its not allowing to pay
- Whenever I scan the QR code, and select ICICI fasttag for payment, itys not processing and its showing " Record not found "
Can someone guide what process I should follow ?
