not able to send port sms from bsnl

Hello guys I just recharged with 107 plan and also did 10 rs recharges
Still when I send port sms I am getting this error message
Incorrect request, please send the UPC request with correct format "PORT<space>Mobile Number"
I am sending correct sms
Also I am not getting aadhar OTP SMS on it.
If anyone know any workaround can pls share

Why are you Porting from BSNL. When you are using BSNL it can't be your primary SIM.
Or porting to Jio Phone to queue the recharges.

am getting SMS for re-kyc through BSNL office
they are super lazy/crazy here- my earlier exp for BBetc - so porting, yes its very old num but hardly used so I can recharge once in 6 months

I had a similar issue with my BSNL SIM. My current plan is ₹199, which includes 100 free SMS per day. However, to send a PORT message, I needed to have a main balance (₹1.20 per SMS). So, I topped up with ₹30 (which gave me ₹22.42 in balance), and the message was successfully sent.

Was the ₹30 recharge available for 10₹ or less?
