I have paid my cc bill on Hdfc bill pay using hdfc easyshop platinum debit card and got the reward points credited. But when I try to redeem it's always showing redeem not successful from past 5 days.
Any solution ?

sam issue since 14 Days, Maybe HDFC is working at something at Backend. They are going to Launch SIM based App soon. Lets Wait & Watch.
