Bro each category voucher works only ones.
Means 1 paytm, 1 verra, 1 SBI like that
If you used 1 paytm voucher you can't add another paytm voucher.
Note Veera and Times points use same series of vouchers so you can use either of this. (thanks to @kartikxxx for clarification)

I too not able to redeem paytm Amazon prime voucher it's giving error, even though I have not redeemed any paytm Amazon prime voucher in that account. Any solution ?

It won't accept similar vouchers. Have you redeemed any other vouchers recently like phonepe or Veera?
