They stopped limit transfer in may or june. As i wanted to shift my CLICK limit to CASHBACK but they denied citing INTERNAL POLICIES 🥹.

Call customer care again again, in 3-4 attempts u will get it done. Done personally last month.

But, initially the lady told me that I do it for you, but after 2 mins they check in system, and denied with the reason that you pay your outstanding (in octane card). I want to transfer octane to Cashback card. But in octane EMI is active. So not able to pay all outstanding.
