Anyone having bob lite account can confirm if he is able to generate virtual debit card

As I'm facing error " not available for account varient "
Is virtual card can't be generated for lite varient  ?

Yes  I've plantinum physical debit card but not able to generate virtual card
Maybe they don't allow lite account to generate virtual card
