NOT A GOOD SITE TO RELY UPON

I had placed order for an LG GX 200 mobile which was seen as INSTOCK at their site. I had contacted customer service and they said the product will be dispatched within 7 working days from date of order. After this period, i again contacted them for the status of order and they asked me to wait for yet another 7 days and I did. At last they said me to either wait for one more week or cancel the order. So I asked the representative to cancel the order and refund. Since no refund was seen in my account after 8 days, i again contacted the customer service and the guy reported that the order was not yet cancelled. this guy has cancelled the order and the amount was refunded. So it took one month and 7 days for me to get the refund. I had done many online transactions and this is the worst site for online purchase. Better go for flipkart or letsbuy.
