I want to make a big purchase and i found a good deal on Vijay Sales. I've never bought on this website earlier but I've seen it around for a long time along with many deals being posted on it.
I just wanted to check if anyone can share their experience on this site and if customer care is helpful?

Vijay Sales is a trusted brand and operates physical stores as well. Never had a conversation with their customer support, though.

It is a trusted brand and has offline stores as well. I will suggest you to visit the nearest store and try to bargain for the product you wanna purchase. Also, I made a big purchase last year from Vijay Sales itself.

Better go to store, you will get extra discount and there you can physically verify and test the product as well.
If you are planning to buy phone, then after payment they will unbox and let you use it even to check if there is any physical / software issue.

I recently bought my cmf phone 1 from Vijaysales (online), they had both delivery and store pickup. I opted for store pickup on the same day and placed the order. Later I called the concerned branch and they said the deliveries will be processed by the head office and no need to visit the store.
The order was delivered to my home on the very next day. The experience was good although it was delayed by a day.

Vijay Sales -- I bought almost every home appliance for my new apartment from Vijay Sales store. Had great experience every time. In fact my LG washer/dryer which I ordered had a small dent at the bottom of side panel, I would say it was negligible, the two Vijay Sales delivery agents which came along, checked themselves and placed replacement request. New piece was delivered the next day.
