Non delivery of item and Non refund of money by Pepperfry

I have booked 2 ceiling fans in pepperfry on 20.11.2015 vide order no.301835213. Till date even after elapse of 21 days, neither I have received the item nor my money has been refunded to me. After my repeated mails and requests, now they tell me that the item is already delivered to me. But I have not at all received the item. This is cheating. The company is in connivance with the courier people cheating the customers. It is high time to arrest such mischievous play by the online shopping companies. Don’t buy ANYTHING from these Cheap Fraudsters and Cheaters.
