No Service from Jeeves for Extended warranty

I purchased one Blue Star split AC from Flipkart on 13th September 2021. I included a 2year extended warranty from Jeeves in the order. My AC stopped working and I raised a request on 3rd September 2023. But till today after 10 days no engineer visited my place. Jeeves gave a false update that engineer visited and they will visit again. Everytime I call them, they give the same update that the issue will be resolved in 2 days.
Not sure what to do, please suggest how to proceed.
