No refund from Phonepe for failed transaction. Please help

I made a payment on Flipkart last month through phonepe from my debit card (I have not actually created the phonepe account from the app) from flipkart desktop site. The transaction failed twice and third time it was successful. The amount was debited from my bank but the order did not show up on flipkart, not even that the order failed. There was no mention of the order at all.
I thought that the amount will be reflected back after some time, but since that did not happen I contacted flipkart after 10-12 days. After a dicussion of a few days they told me to contact phonepe. When I contacted phonepe they told me that the amount will be refunded back to my account within 4 days. But now they again sent me the mail that the amount was not received at their end and so they cant refund.
I am wondering where the amount would have gone if it is neither in my account nor received by phonepe. Can anyone help me where the error could have been? Can anyone tell how much is the max time that takes to get refund for the amount done through debit card? I usually use netbanking but on that fateful day I used debit card and this thing happened. Please give your suggestions.

check your acct history and have a look if the merchant name was FX MART or no
if yes phonepe has recd your money
In my bank statement it is clearly mentioned as fx mart. I even informed phonepe cc about it. Still they are telling amount is not received. It’s more than a month now, nearly 40 days but no refund yet. How did you receive your refund? You had to follow up all the time or they did themselves after a certain period?
There is seriously something wrong with this idiots, about 3 weeks back i transferred 5k from phonepe to my icici bank, amount didnt credited, contacted bank with the UTR no, bank quoted it as an invalid reference number, phonepe asked bank statement to raise it with their bank, i provided them, now whenever i contact them they just telling me that they are awaiting a reply from bank side

Do they have any facebook and twitter page ? My refund is also stuck with them and statement is showing as FX Mart but phone pe is denying about receiving money… do anyone knew their cc no. Or any higher authorities email
Just raise complaint in your bank they’ll do the rest
Same kind issue happened to me as well…. The refund is not automated in phonepe. We have to repeatedly contact the CC to get the refund… In my case, received the refund in 10days…

Open “phonepe app” → Transaction history → click on that particular transaction → check if anything mentioned like “#UTR” there or not

PhonePe and their ONDC app Pincode take an extraordinarily long time for refunds. Cheats they are. They want to earn interest in their account before they refund it.
