Netflix said, "Starting today, we will be sending this email to members who are sharing Netflix outside their household in India. A Netflix account is for use by one household. Everyone living in that household can use Netflix wherever they are — at home, on the go, on holiday — and take advantage of new features like Transfer Profile and Manage Access and Devices.
They are also not going to give the option for additional fees for password sharing like they have given in the US and other markets as according to them pricing is already 40-60% low than the other markets.

If someone "need" to watch Netflix then they need to pay up.
If someone can't pay up then maybe they should focus on earning money to pay up for it. 
Alternatively they can board their ship and sail the seven seas.. 🏴☠️

As per terms mentioned, they will verify if people belong to same household, if all devices connect to same wifi connection atleast once every month. Technically, we can create a private vpn server and route traffic through even for once per month, we can prove we belong to same household. It will be little technical but doable
Post getting the verification screen I think once you put the code it will work for one week. Post which you need to verify again
Wait till they launch a free subscription with ads... they've been saying for a long time now.
