Now that amazon rupay platinum dc offer is extended 
I found below no/low fees ones which offer rupay platinum dc.
1) Bob lite saving account ( no fees if we maintain 3k/2k QAB based on region ).
2) Nsdl jiffy zero balance ( 5.9 Rs per month )
3) Au digital saving zero balance account ( 177 Rs per year )
4) Idfc firstap ( one time fees 99 + gst ).
I got the first 3 recently, You can ask any queries on those.
Thinking of getting idfc. need to check on mab etc.
please add anymore low cost options that u know of .

for SMS alert and debit card ... it depends on which account variant you're applying for
for example, there's no charges for SMS alerts in case of Super Savings A/C but for several other account variants, SMS alerts are levied ... similar is the case with debit card issuance and annual fee

I'm having issue registering with nsdl jiffy. I've the aadhaar sim in same device and has a valid pack. But still keeps on asking if it should retry "are you sure you want to retry sim binding "

Update :
1) Au also has additional Rs 15 charges per quarter for non mandatory sms alerts. You can call customer care and disable this.
you would still get RBI mandated sms.
2) Idfc : I see it has minimum mab of 10k , too high for me, so skipping this for now.

Be cautious : Bob Platinum debit card doesn't work in amazon Friday offer. I have 2 Platinum debit card which I got last year in June and none of them work on amazon Friday offer.
I hold normal bob Platinum debit card and bob bpcl Platinum debit card. One of my family members also hold the same bob Platinum debit card and guess what? It doesn't work also 🤣🤣
Currently using nsdl Platinum debit card. I don't mind paying ₹5 for monthly charges when i compared it to the ₹100 cashback every month.

used net banking for once to enable online debit card transactions and setting pin.
from then I'm using it from gpay through upi.
I just use it's UPI to send money to it, and the debit card to utilise the offer , didn't use for anything else till now.

Guys, read all comments and basically the conclusion I came to is, it's probably best to have Au bank rupay platinum card and nsdl rupay platinum card, i have these two already. The third option that seems okay to me is idfc firsttap card but it's very confusing, can anyone actually tell me how to apply, and if the offer is applicable on it or not, and what are the charges etc

I opened Nsdl account and rupay platinum card generated and enabled ecom. But after enabling the ecom, now card section is not opening from last one hour. The error message is attached.

Initiate fresh transaction using your DC on Amazon,Paytm,Flipkart,GPay or any other portal,take error screenshots.Escalate this issue with grievance redressal cell, attaching error screenshots & mentioning transaction date and time stamp.If Bob retards don't slack off like typical PSU bank employees usually do,it will get resolved in 10-15 days.
