Current inflation has decreased the value of goods and services that can be bought for ₹100.

At current inflation, ₹100 is the new ₹50.

Partially true, global economic situation also played a important role. Let's say 70% Government responsibility and 30% global event's effects.

•Global Pandemic,
•Multiple wars and geopolitical tension between nations,
• Very Risk averse Large-scale investors.
•Low   FDI

• Mass lay-offs due to rapid growth of AI and automation.

And Indian Governments:

•  Bad policies one after another

• Failed Initiatives like make in India, Smart Cities etc.

• Excessive Taxation on the masses, confusing and unnecessarily complicated tax policy leading to great decline in disposable income and thus  decline in consumer spending.

#Tax-Terrorism

• Crony Capitalism

•  Unchecked corruption everywhere, every State. More or less.

• State sponsored communal tensions and misinformation Campaigns.

• Extremely incompetent  lying selfish MLA, MPs with no vision for our country's future.

The luckier you are if you find the now 50  equal to 100,1000 or 10,000

for the ONE  who gave you mouth ,  gave food and health till that time.

Our generation behind  had to do 10 times more  physical work for the same food.
