No info available online maybe because very new & app exclusive but SBM seems the likely option as their debit cards already with SBM tie-up.

This is in regard to SBM bank temporarily pausing international transactions based on the recent circular by RBI. To help with the situation we have fast-tracked the Niyo Global Secured Credit Card, which we will deliver to you free of cost! 
As soon as you do the Fixed Deposit and order the card, you can start using the card on Ecom apps and websites.
The Niyo Global Secured Credit Card comes with great features including Zero forex markup, Visa Infinite, 6.75% Interest on your FD per annum etc.

Things to note
- You cannot break the FD before 3 months of creating it.
- If you break the FD, your card will get blocked. The card can’t be un-blocked or re-issued as of now.
- We recommend you don’t make an FD of more than Rs 1 lakh.

South Korea credit card valid
Its same as of their debit card, but from yesterday , all international transactions have been stopped on the Debit card , thats why they are launching fb based CC. nothing special. but decent enough.
