Nice Deals and good service

I have purchased a bout 10-11 deals from snapdeal.com so far and so far overall experience has been very good. My purchases have been ranging from PenDrives, Cosmetics, Restaurants coupons, Coupons for new year party bash etc. Their product pricing is very good in terms of Daily deals on restaurants and health checkup etc though not so much discounts in Mobiles and other electronic items. Shipping and packaging is good though one one occasion i found the product (facewash) not properly packed. Regarding Returns and Replacement Policy and customer service.. i would say that it has been very good. Case Story: One time they were giving a discount of Rs. 500 on any purchase above Rs. 1500. I wanted to buy a combo deal of 8GB Strontium SD Card and 32 GB Pendrive. However, by mistake, i bought 16GB SD Card and 16GB Pendrive and realized the same after i received my order summary in my email. Immediately i contacted them to cancel the order and take order for a new one of 8GB Strontium SD Card and 32 GB Pendrive. They were very helpful and advised my that since the order cannot be cancelled once give, if i buy the desired 8GB Strontium SD Card and 32 GB Pendrive, then they can cancel the current order. I bought it and they said that order will be cancelled and even though i received both of them, they called daily to ask me if i want to return the wrong order and provided me easy way to do the same and even gave me snapdeal cash voucher for the payment i would have to do for courier and shipment charges. Really Happy with their service so far. ) Would recommend all to checkout the daily deals.. its a ncie experience shopping with them (especially when you get discount coupons on already given discounted deals ) Pankaj Gupta
