New way of cheating by seller with help of flipkart

Even reputed sellers,especially in fashion, will give wrong product intentionally twice, so replacement policy by flipkart will say replace is only once possible and allowed,have refund on second time. And they won’t refund shipping charges. So customer gets nothing and pays shipping.
