I agree but Rapido's customer service is very bad and unreliable.
They will show you one price during booking and after completion of the trip you get a different price for payment even if no deviations to the route happens. Uber/Ola do not do this thing.
Rapido's driver info simply shares the driver's mobile number. So when you call them, your number is also shared with the driver. This is not good for security and your privacy.
The car info (make, model, color) is often incorrect. They will show Black but in reality a gray car will be there. They will only show Suzuki but not the exact model of the cab i.e. is it Suzuki Wagon R or Suzuki Swift.
Plus they only have cash payment for trips. Amazon Pay, Rapido Wallet, even UPI is not allowed for payment even though one is able to link Amazon Pay Wallet.
I have experienced all this since I am a regular cab user for travel from home to office and back.

years ago there used to be uber pass. this seems to be a rehashed version of that
