Kotak is not issuing credit cards anymore due to RBI ban so even pre-approved credit cards not possible as of now, but it is good otherwise.

ICICI Bank. If you have good CIBIL they offer Pre-approved home loan, Credit Card loan, personal loan. Instant disbursement.
