New Godrej Refrigerator- One issue observed and Service Centre issue

Hi dimers,
I bought a double door Godrej Refrigerator 343L toughened glass around 5months back.
Few days back I observed an issue that when I turn its cooling regulator at 6(maximum) It stops cooling, and works fine when set at 4 or below.
Also, I raised a complaint to the support team, the service centre is not visiting to check the issue.
Any way to escalate the issue of service centre not providing the service?

I realised same with my lg fridge 
earlier it uses 30w max , now a days 60-70w everytime, sometimes 100w

That's too bad. Perhaps the concerned service center is to blame but no action even after contacting customer service is perplexing. I think it's time to loop in the National Consumer Helpline.

I had to post on Twitter for their service center to finally treat the repair request with any urgency. Twitter customer care though never responded until the issue was fully resolved.
