Never use Ajio

I has a very bad experience with Ajio and I just wasted my money and time on this. I ordered a saree and I dint like the quality. Hence I initiated return. But they said I have to self ship it. After a lot of discussion with customer care I shed shipped it. Many courier were not accepting it due to the address was not servisable. But finally one courier accepted and now they are at the pin ode but they called and said it's an interior village and is not able to deliver. Again when I called customer care, they don't have any info only they say plz mail to ajio email ID.they just don't have any information and not able to help for anything. I guess I have wasted my money n all my time n talking to customer care and writing multiple mails to ajio.

Suggest everyone to never yse Ajio again.
