Now that i have received my order after more than 20 days and so many complaints.. I have been given a wrong product.. I Ordered and paid for a 5 star AC but now received a 3 star AC.. Now filed for a return. God knows when will I get a replacement only time will tell…. Pathetic service Snapdeal..

I placed an Order ID: 16060713007 on 17 Oct, 2016 for

Hitachi 1.2 Ton 5 Star Neo RAU514HWDD Split Air Conditioner.Now even after following everyday, making numerous calls and assurance i don’t have any update regarding my order for which i already paid online.
Now that i have received my order after more than 20 days and so many complaints.. I have been given a wrong product.. I Ordered and paid for a 5 star AC but now received a 3 star AC.. Now filed for a return. God knows when will I get a replacement only time will tell…. Pathetic service Snapdeal..
1 Month to my order and payment and still not got the product … God knows what kind to courier service you guys have….
No update , No deadlines, NO accountability… Your customer care number just have automated responses….
