Never buy if you dont want to get cheated

Just wanted to tell all you guys the truth of online shopping on SHOPPERSSTOP, the company is well known for selling quality and fashion products in India and am writing this to inform all the online buyers the truth about shopping with SHOPPERSSTOP so that you guys don’t get cheated after spending your hard earned money.

I purchased a watch casio enticer a388(order no.:02759184) which was having white dial as shown in the picture of the watch on there website also it was clearly mentioned under the specification of the watch: dial color: white, but they gave me grey colored watch, the stunning point was when I started searching for there return policy I found that under the statement of ‘easy returns’ and ‘100% safe shopping’ they are actually hiding the truth of returning products, go and check by yourself, under there return policy they have listed almost all the products as non-refundable and non-returnable. Then I called there customer care and wrote a mail regarding the wrong watch and shared the pics and they threw everything on my face by saying that they can not help as they have send the correct watch, now I have confirmed that the watch is available in two dial colors silver/grey. And no matter how long you keep writing to them you will only receive the standard response and they will not answer all of your questions and after some time you will not receive any replies from them. The hilarious part is I receive there reply in which they wrote ‘they have taken the pics from the casio website, and so there team dint feel the requirement to check the details of the product’ so whose actually checking the products in SHOPPERSSTOP’s team? answer is nobody but on there website they have return that they take responsibility of what they deliver…so now you can judge.

My suggestion to all you guys to purchase your stuff from myntra, flipkart, amazon or ebay who dsnt ask a single question and take the product back if one dsnt like it, but SHOPPERSSTOP never does, they take no responsibility of what they deliver there team sucks, as under there return policy there is no way a product can be returned except customer getting fooled by them. On flipkart they have mentioned all the different dial colors available with that specific model and shoppersstop says the only color is what they have sent. So the company shoppersstop is to fool the customer and not to support and help there customers and encourage buying.
