Never buy from TataCliq

Very bad experience with a recent order from TataCliq. Brought Boat aavante 1198 soundbar on 31st December 2021, it had problem with HDMI and Aux port, reported the same to customer support and raised a return request within the return period of 7days. Customer support sent us an email to contact Boat and they in turn directed to 24/7 service team. This took a good time for the service engineer to visit. I had to do daily calls to each and every authority for the service engineer to visit and check and he said that there is defect in the boat sound bar. He did not share the job sheet . When informed TataCliq they took time to contact Boat and get back. Which never happened. I escalated and now customer management is handling it for which they have assured to get back in 24 hours and Iam waiting from 20th January. Continuous calls and emails are not responded. Iam going to consumers court and taking legal action. If anyone wants to file a claim please let me know. I see lot of us have been cheated we have to take action. Never buy and support this site. Had a great pride of Tata and Tata products,but this online experience is pathetic and I am very unhappy.
