Never buy anything from Zivame

I want to share my experience of buying from zivame. They take the money in advance and deliver only part of the package. First time also they send only 1 short and missed the T-shirt. Last week I placed order for 2 pair of top and shorts and 1 short nightie. They delivered only 1 part of top and shorts, 1 short nightie and for the second pair they sent just the T-shirt. When I complained to the customer care they said their records show everything has been delivered and they need 72 hrs to investigate. Last time they asked me to just return back and they refunded back to their account. so we are forced to buy again from that portal. This time they asked me to return again which I refused and asked for the shorts to be delivered.

Please beware of buying anything from Zivame, they can’t deliver what they promised also their sizes are very irregular.
