I have earned around 9k neu coins im my last month hdfc tata neu credit card statement but tata neu restricted my account to use my neucoins is there any way to unblock them?

We cannot use, till this month beginning we can able to use existing coins, now that buggers not allowing to redeem coins. One of the worst ever seen after cancelkart.

i think people are doing commercial transaction. so that's why it got blocked. I bought car and paid 8.5 lakh using hdfc neucard and got points for it (12750 points at 1.5%)

I have joined the club. My Tata Neu account got blocked partially. I am able to redeem the coins and even "Neu" ones earned from HDFC Neu CC are being transferred correctly and am able to redeem them on 1mg and BigBasket. But 5% earning of Neu coins seems to be blocked.
As usual customer care is refusing to disclose anything. If anyone got their earning of Neucoins also unblocked, how was it please share and after long? Was the unblock automatic or you raised the issue to a higher authority?
