Due to household, sharing has become a challenge
what are my alternatives using 649 per month plan for 2 Tv and 2 mobile

Get 200₹ NF plan if you want cheap, ok for non 4K tvs. I have tried this plan on HD TVs and is quite fine. You can log into multiple devices, just streaming will happen in 1 device at a time.
Your friend in US will probably have to shell out more.
