negative CC bill - Annual spending

My credit card bill for this month shows a negative ₹4,000 balance. I want to understand how this affects the calculation of my annual spending for the fee waiver.

For example, up until last month, my total spending was ₹50,000. Since this month's bill is negative ₹4,000, will my annual spend still be counted as ₹50,000? I'm hoping this month's negative balance won't reduce my overall spending for the year and that it's treated as a zero balance for this month. anyidea?
