just now i got a message that i didn't accept package but i got no call or anything

call/chat with customercare and tell them u didnt get any call and ask them to re attempt delivery. they do it

If delivery agents intentionally do such mischief, I try to raise it to the 'last mile emergency team' (LMET) that the delivery associate tried to grab the hand of the domestic help who had opened the door and misbehaved and scratched jis nails on their hand and did not hand the package over. I tell ths LMET that the agent insisted that we come out as he is in a hurry or in rains/xyz season.. he has excess loadvto deliver.

LMET are basically just primary agents of shipping and delivery support team.
They escalate incidents like these to the so called SDS escalation.

Sometimes those SDS people then call and recheck the details/story.
They then try to check if the local station still has the item or can reattempt.

Even if returned to seller then, we still have a case that it was a fraudulent scan (entry) by the delivery associate. We never refused as ATSPL never actually attempted delivery.

i too got a call asking if u cancelled or it got calcelled without even attempting
