talk with an amazon cc and record the call
bro sometimes they mark it as delivered (due to time allotted by system as "Delivery will be done by 12 PM" etc. So they mark it as delivered if they cannot reach you in time) and deliver it in some time. This has happened with me 2-3 times. If you contact customer care via call, they will help you even by putting you on hold and talking to delivery agent and update you. Sharing this with my personal experience!
The problem with Amazon not sending all their deliveries in closed envelopes is that people handling the packages at various stages of the delivery chain can identify the products they are passing through their hands. This could lead to situations such as theft in transit, especially for small items that come with a premium brand name and are used in daily life.
After complaining, I recently started receiving all my deliveries inside paper envelopes, with the more expensive items secured in envelopes with barcodes, rather than just an address label on the product packaging itself.
I once ordered an expensive padlock costing around 2,000, and my instincts told me there would be problems with this delivery if the warehouse simply put an address label on the brand packaging (which, at that time, they were doing for 80% of their deliveries to my address) without using an envelope. My instincts were correct; at the last delivery office, the package was delayed by a day and then marked as damaged in transit the following day. I received a full refund without any issues, but that was the last unit of that model in stock, and I could not buy the same item again.
What's the update ... Raise this concern to X also....and share delivery status delivered and ask where either get delivered to whom???
Their social media team might help to ask to local hub about the whereabouts?
Happened with multiple times with me.
In one case the delivery guy itself called me he will deliver tomorrow. So waited. Even after 3 days he don't come. Finally asked amazon which refunded money - around 400. And finally got delivered after around 10 days.
Called amazon again what to do now. They said - we don't have anything in the system.
Note: In past once they delivered phone rather than jockey thermal. Had a hard time explaining that this is not a case of jockey delivered than phone rather reverse.
I dont want the other person who got my jockey to suffer and his phone delivered soon. invoice has his name and not mine. Sad part they eat my cashback
