Need to go to RPO Passport with Show Cause Notice

I had a passport verification in January ,and maybe ,it got adverse(didn't pay a bribe) ,and couldn't go to RPO since then as had Clg sem in other state .
Now ,3 weeks back ,it's status changed from 'Report under investigation in RPO' to ' Pending Shoe Cause Notice(SCN) Dispatch from PO' but I haven't received any digital-hard copy notice .
So ,in upcoming Diwali Break ,I was planning to go to RPO. Can I book my appointment even I don't receive SCN ?

Yes , but the rpo status is 'Pending SCN Dispatch from PO' ,so it's not yet sent from 3 weeks

They send notice to email and by post also.
And you have to book appointment then only you can visit .
