Need to close by sc ultimate card

I was recently charged 5k reneawl fee for my ultimate card, Is there any way I can get this reversed.
Called their customer care but they refused to help here.
Thier site is so old school that I am not even able to make payments to their card. And third parties are not supporting payments for their card because of the new RBI rule.
Any way can I get this reversed?
