Personally I'd go with a trusted laptop specific brand like HP, Dell, Acer, Asus. Sure they wont pack in all the features at this price point but you can be assured of their quality for at least 5 years. You also have service centers in case you need them. 

But why do you need the latest gen i5 processor for the kind of work you have specified. Any decent older gen laptop can do it just fine.

For the configurations that you are requesting, your budget should be 40-45k around

go for i3 buddy in such budget.
