Need to book flight tickets which can be cancelled @99

Earlier mybiz used to offer free cancellation (@99) for flight tickets using corporate email id. However, I see the cancellation charges now is around 3000.

 Can you help me where I can book flight tickets to get cancellation of flight tickets at last min 2 days before the trip. Planning to book ticket for 45 days in advance as of now.
