You're right. They've literally been dragging my application for nearly a month now, asking for WFH consent. They don't respond to any other related query, repeatedly copy pasting the same email again and again. I believe that they're talking about the consent letter from employer, but since my HR refused to give one, I'm stuck.
Honestly, I didn't expect anything much from them anyways but we all need the cards for online offers, so we have to keep smashing our heads against the wall.

Don't proceed, if you don't have any proof with your communication address. They will drag your application till 3 months and cancel without any prior notice.
