need suggestions regarding second hand iphone

Hello dimers. One of my friends dad who is a business person is ready to sell his iphone 14 pro max 256GB variant for 65k as he is going to buy 16 pro max . He mostly used the phone for calls and WhatsApp and YouTube. So is it advisable to buy it for 65k or should I go for iPhone 15 at 50k in the BBD SALE? If busy 14pro max from him is a better choice, can can you tell me the check points to verify before getting my hands on it. Thanks in advance

Getting a new phone with company warranty for such a high value purchase seems like a better choice in my opinion. Instead of a device that has already been used for a couple of years. Are the the features of 14 pro max that much better than 15?

In North America (amazon ebay and so on) for pre-owned or box open/ warehouse seconds.. they have a system of categorising it as .. excellent, good, fair, acceptable and so on.
Now even large sellers, who also have to bear the cost of listing fees, portal commissions, transit insurance..
are offering 90 days return/refund option at a lesser price https://amazon.com/dp/B0BN93P98N than what your seller is quoting.
And i do not know if your friend's father might have quoted a lower price also, but friend's added some mark-up in between.
On Craigslist, can see items marked as 'good' condition.. available for even less than the one on amazon etcetera.
