Hi, need suggestion for budget printers and washing machines.

Not heavy use on printer just need them for my kids projects and small documentations.
Max. 100 prints monthly with 10-15 color prints.

Looking for economical washing Machine with full automatic load that should also dry clothes for family for 4. I saw a good deal posted by quantum but it was 2021 LG model so passed on it.

Both should be durable and long lasting. After service/spares shouldn't cost a bomb. Flexible witht budget since looking for quality but still within limits under
25k for Washing Machine.

Thanks,

Buy Samsung 7kg top load (without inverter model) full automatic. It lasts. I have it since 3 years. No problem.

Buy Epson all in one printer inktank tech. Take wifi model always. I have Epson print only model without wifi since 8 years. I works well but I miss wifi.

Thanks.

Any particular reason for without inverter model. I don't have major power or water issues as such but I don't even know the difference lol

Unsure which deal was posted by @quantum but if it was layered and with a zillion cross offers combined them surely the price must have been good.

Your post is still a bit vague unfortunately and so all i can say is that if it were a front load and i needed it, I wouldn't have cared if it were a 2021 model or even a 2018 model.

We still use similar cars as we did decades back.

Airliners in the 1950s, 1960s, 1970s may still have flown faster (on an average) than airliners today do (on am average).

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

Without any idea about the level of research the prospect has already done or their idiosyncrasies (typical requirements).. it becomes a chore for others to invest THEIR time, cone back with something and then the other person says.. ah okay.. but actually i do not want to go for this  but prefer that.

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

If budget permits then a laser printer can last ages.

If color laser is to be searched, it is unlikely to be a standalone printer.

MFDs (multi-function devices) are not priced as per the value of the hardware. The are priced as per the brand premiums and the depth of the pocket of the prospect.

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

Thus it might be workable to get an inkjet printer with reasonable print quality for colours and good quality for monochrome.

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

Brother, Epson, Canon are reafily available at good bargains.

Epson's' https://epson.eu/en_EU/innovative-technologies/micro-piezo-technology gave fairly moisture resistant, smudge resistant colour prints.. even about a quarter of a century back and the technology has improved since.

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

Brother products might offer better value for money, and prices too will be reasonable.

But one has to check if repairability in a smaller town is easy or not.

Good if one is using it in Tier-1, Tier-2.

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

Both Canon and Brother devices are regularly preferred by photocopy, instant photo shops too.

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

Do note though that inks clog, dry and many time the companies can play games like insisting on replacing other colours too, even though one needs just a monochrome (black and white) print.

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

I do not know ypur budget or for how long you intend to regularly use the printer, hence no point researching specific models, just yet.

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

Since you explicitly mentioned 'fully automatic'.. would one be wrong to thinl that you ate used to semi automatic machines?

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

What exactly do you mean by it should be able to 'dry' the clothes?

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

Are you looking for a dryer cum washer?

Meaning 99.××% drying?

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

For spin drying, any 800rpm, 1200rpm spin is MORE THAN enough.

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

Going with the brands one has already used or found comfortable.. is better.

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

For 'four' people is subjective.

For washing duvets, synthetic blankets, even 6.5 KG capacity would just about be okay-okay.

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

For 25000 budget (±7-8%).. one will get more value in a top load clothes washer than a side load.

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

Desi brands like Godrej, Voltas too do a good job of making both top loads and front loads and can be found at reasonable prices in offers.

Clarity: i mentioned 'Voltas' and not the brand Beko.

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎

Private labels (in-house brands) of Vijay Sales, Reliance type companies too are worth having a look.

I think now BPL brand too is owned by Reliance.

‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

In non desi but budget brands; Kenstar, Whirlpool are there.

Panasonic relaunched itself in a big way in 2019 or thereabouts, with focus on South East Asia, South Asia.

‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏‎ ‏‏‎‏‏‎ ‏‏

If my budget was 25000 and if i preferred to sometimes wash the rajaai/ synthetic blanket in the clothes washer.. i would rather buy a top load and even consider keeping the budget a bit flexible.

@Yodaa -- At a budget of 25K, you won't get Washer + Dryer combo. You need to double the budget!!

Below are my recommendations for front load washing machines between 25K to 30K.

Voltas Beko by A Tata Product 8 kg 5 star Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine with In-built Heater White. Here's the link http://dl.flipkart.com/dl/voltas-beko-tata-product-8-kg-5-star-fully-automatic-front-load-washing-machine-in-built-heater-white/p/itm94d1a76ab774f?pid=WMNGSNFKZBEYHEVF&cmpid=product.share.pp&lid=LSTWMNGSNFKZBEYHEVFSF7VR7

LG 7 kg 5 Star with Steam, Inverter Direct Drive Technology, 6 Motion DD, Touch Panel and 1200 RPM Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine with In-built Heater Black, Grey. Here's the link http://dl.flipkart.com/dl/lg-7-kg-5-star-steam-inverter-direct-drive-technology-6-motion-dd-touch-panel-1200-rpm-fully-automatic-front-load-washing-machine-in-built-heater-black-grey/p/itma76be56c71ca4?pid=WMNGKNNNFG7ZAZHS&cmpid=product.share.pp&lid=LSTWMNGKNNNFG7ZAZHS4B5ILT

BOSCH 7 kg with Steam Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine with In-built Heater Silver. Here's the link http://dl.flipkart.com/dl/bosch-7-kg-steam-fully-automatic-front-load-washing-machine-in-built-heater-silver/p/itm956123c917c10?pid=WMNGSCF5HTDGKRGV&cmpid=product.share.pp&lid=LSTWMNGSCF5HTDGKRGVXH2X9C

SAMSUNG 7 kg 5 Star, AI, Wi-Fi, Digital Inverter Fully Automatic Front Load Washing Machine with In-built Heater Silver. Here's the link http://dl.flipkart.com/dl/samsung-7-kg-5-star-ai-wi-fi-digital-inverter-fully-automatic-front-load-washing-machine-in-built-heater-silver/p/itmb2a2336207b22?pid=WMNG87FQVRVSZ5DF&cmpid=product.share.pp&lid=LSTWMNG87FQVRVSZ5DFEQEBP1

I would suggest you to stay away from some of the 'yesteryear' brands e.g. BPL, Toshiba as they are nothing but 'labeled' products!!

By the way what's your budget for printer? With given requirement, I would suggest you to check out Canon AIO ink tank printers. Should cost you somewhere between 12K to 14K.
