for transporting a scooterette, on that route.. cargo carriers might charge in the ₹6000-₹7000 range.
Indian railways would charge in the ₹2500-₹3000 range, for the same.

i forgot one courier name, used to charge flat 2000 or 2500 rs for two wheeler transfer anywhere in india

Too costly... Indian rail... U can use potor to take ur things from home to parcel office.... And then at destination vice versa.... will do in one third price and much quicker....

Ye to tum train me bhi le aaoge don't worry. Even scooty can be booked.
From delhi onward book an ola/uber for luggage and you can ride your scooty.
