Noiseless is not possible in my experience and knowledge. Even hair scissors make noise. You can get low noise ones. Then wrap foam tape around the handle while has the motor inside to dampen down the noise further. Play some music to obscure the buzzing noise, or atleast keep the water from the tap running to make the noise.

if can find an empty plastic bucket(s) just use the tap water to fill that. Trimming your beard on face or down under should not take more than couple of minutes, enough time to fill a large emty bucket.
In case you don't you don't have a bucket handy, keep a MP3 sound recording of bucket filling with water. Play that on loop, on phone in the bathroom to hide the buzzing noise.
