Need suggestion for UPS/Stabilizer for 55inch TV

most ups in market are trash cant even give few min backup better get sineawave invertor 

Nextron stabilizer.

5 year warranty and it's working.

15 sec time delay in case of power cut.

I'm using vguard with my sony 43 inch from several years so only recommend that...

i always wonder, isn't spike guard, that comes cheap, not enough that cuts power in case of fluctuations instead of costly stabilizer? we really don't need to stabilize current as modern TVs has mechanism to do so?

EDIT:

I also read long back some where that in case of spikes stabilizer cannot handle where as spike guard cuts power by killing itself. Only experts can comment. I used to have mx spike guard that come with small bulb like filament that's gone bad during spikes and i replaced it with just 2 rs 

Get stabilizer not ups. you get plenty for lcd tvs.
