Can anybody explain the whole funda of otp sites who sell otp for whatsup amazon Flipkart Myntra etc
From where these sites get so many mobile numbers ?
Do they have lots of sim ?
Does this also include data breach ?
Why do these otp sites give otp only for one time if they have lots of sim?

They don't send these SMS with individual phones/sims. Providers like Jio/Airtel etc provide a programmatic interface (API) through which these large companies can send out their SMS from their backend software application itself. You can use it for OTP or updates.
There are 3rd parties who buy in bulk and resell these SMS options (like 1000 SMS or 10000 SMS) to smaller companies. Scam SMS senders buy from these 3rd parties to send those lottery winning messages.
Data breach? Possible with the 3rd party (and the provider) as they would be maintaining the details of numbers and messages sent.
