Im looking for Rupay debit Card as I don't own any. For the same, I am planning to open new bank account where I can get Rupay debit card with benifits.
Kindly suggest where ( in which bank) I should Open bank account and get the best Rupay debit Card.
I believe existing bank can't offer 2 debit cards.
Does ICICI bank have better Rupay debit Card?
You can suggest any PSU / Private bank.
My requirement is like Airport Lounge, Railway lounge, Spa, Movie offer, etc.

I am ok with the charges if I get some benifits out of it. Didn't find option in imobile app to apply for rupay card, need to visit branch.
JPB no fee DBS has only 177 fee and waived off if you spend 1lakh or have min balance.

@my_trendytips_IG ICICI bank easily issue RuPay Platinum debit card.
Call ICICI bank customer care tell them you want RuPay debit card (no need to ask Platinum variant, you will get by default platinum variant).
Note - ICICI bank give you some wrong info like RuPay debit card is not available, what is RuPay card ? RBI banned RuPay card in India, RuPay card not issuance in India, RuPay card limit is only 10k, RuPay card not support e-com transaction etc. Ignore everything and force them to apply RuPay card.
Tell them you friend or colleague already get RuPay debit card through customer care today.

Go for dbs Bank..lot of offers..and mab is 10k only..card charges 200 ..u can get offer in zepto bigbasket swiggy Zomato..once in a month..so this card is Paisa vasool actually

If you don't have 811, You should be able to open new kotak 811 account first visiting kotak bank physically.. as updated by customer care.
