It works for cars as per idfc customer care. Now it has min. Spend of quarter to use it though. The towing van can come between 2hrs to 24hrs depending on availability. If vehicle down in no man's land atleast someone should be with it until the towing van arrives. Some locations which are just 2-3kms away from highway might not get service , if it is not in their list.
Net net its a trap to take their CC
